In July 2021, the Business Department received an inquiry from an Australian customer for the mooring project. After communication, it was found that the customer was a chain dealer who was participating in the bidding for a mooring project in Australia, and he himself did not know about the mooring products. Due to the tight bidding time, the client needs us to provide the scheme and quotation without getting the connection drawing. After clarifying the needs of the customer, our company immediately discussed and deduced, analyzed the product and quantity required for the project and the connection way of the project from a professional perspective, and provided a quotation for the customer within 2 days, and finally helped the customer win a million dollars large order, and the customer praised our rapid response and professional ability.


Delivery of the project started, and the customer requested the production of 248 tons of anchor and 830 tons of chain within 60 days, which meant a reduction in construction time by one-third. During the pandemic, the challenges are great, but we must meet them head-on. We completed PO, contract, advance payment and other procurement processes in only 3 days, followed by 60 days of overtime and holidays, and finally completed the production task as scheduled.


At the stage of shipping, the customer trusted our company 100% and entrusted us with the shipping plan. Finally, all products arrived at the customer's Australian warehouse 10 days earlier than expected.
