AFRA CROWN wheel encountered anchor chain entanglement, can not be used normally, need to replace the anchor chain. The owner of AFRA CROWN is a customer served by Zhongyun Anchor Chain, who purchased half of the 87mm anchor chain in 20xx, and this ship is a sister ship that ordered the anchor chain before, so the anchor chain model and certificate are the same. The customer told us that AFRA CROWN was parked in a port in China for only three days, and we only had one day to prepare the goods. After receiving the demand, Zhongyun anchor chain started the emergency program, contacted the warehouse management department to confirm the goods, found that the stock has the corresponding type of anchor chain, only need to dip the paint. In order to ensure on-time delivery, the colleagues responsible for delivery in the production workshop volunteered to work overtime to dip the paint, and informed the customer to come to the factory the next day to pick up the goods, and the whole process was perfectly seamless, helping the customer to complete the anchor chain replacement in time.
